Pacific Edge Hotel - Laguna Beach

Lovely building and rooms with a balcony over the sand.

The hotel was cute and clean with pleasant views of the ocean. Most staff were pleasant and exceptional, modest rooms. The location was marvellous and fantastic, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Laguna Beach. The restaurant was great and food was excellent. Loved our stay there and would come here again.

I had a standard double room and it was bright with amazing view, the perfect space plus large patio.

As for me, the area was quite dirty.

Location adjacent to several eateries. About 15 minutes walk from Laguna Festival Arts. Themed and well-equipped unit with a simple decor. The beds were comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect and incredible😀

beware of your sanity because finding a clean ocean view room is actually a rare gem here

Great ocean view, but lots of issues.

pool and valet parking were fine.

The walls of the hotel are so thin that you could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms in the room.

The room is very complete and very big and we were lucky that from our room you could see the sea.

From the hotel I liked everything, from the city I didn't like that they banned smoking in all of Laguna Beach.

I loved the beach access and found some great fishing spots nearby. The location was perfect with easy access to shops and galleries.

Felt very at home, no complaints.

Paying for parking $35 a day I found that expensive

The air conditioning system is old style and was very noisy so we chose to leave the window open, but we could hear outside noises, the good thing that the night refreshes.

The room was cozy and had an amazing view of the ocean, perfect for listening to the waves at night. I loved lounging by the heated pool and enjoying some sun on the beach. The only downside was that the room could use a bit more updating, but it didn't take away from our great stay 🌊

Check in very late (16:00 hs), restaurant with little availability of tables for few people, inside there were only for large groups and were empty, wait for us two and many others was long perhaps with smaller tables and that fit according to need would be better

The Pacific Edge has a fantastic beachfront location, perfect for morning walks. The staff members were attentive and friendly. My King Suite Ocean View provided a lovely view of the ocean, which I really appreciated. The room could use more modern updates. The décor felt outdated. The air conditioning system in the room isn't the best either. It could definitely use an upgrade for more comfort. I noticed a lack of basic supplies in the kitchenette.

The view was a dream

The pets cost extra € 100 and then not even allowed to be in the cage in the room without supervision, had to organize a dog sitter because dogs are not allowed in restaurants and bars, which of course cost extra. Nobody informed us about it, if we had known that beforehand we would have stayed somewhere else!
